Humboldt Property Alliance

HPA was founded to fight the Humboldt County Board of Surpervisors passing of an interim ordinance prohibiting building on TPZ (Timberland Production Zone) land. Our goal is to gather TPZ landowners, and other community members to fight this unjust ordinance, and, hopefully, change the minds of the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors before they vote to make the changes permanent.

What's new at HBC
The Humboldt Business Council contracted for an opinion poll of Eureka likely voters to determine the level of support for the proposed Marina Center development of the Balloon Tract. Not surprising, there is significant and widespread support for the project. HBC used a reputable polling firm that applied scientific methods using straightforward questions. A copy of the raw poll results and cross tabluations of opinion by demographic can be downloaded from our WHERE WE STAND page.
